About The Position

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to provide general support to the Learning Operations department for the Americas region in the Houston Operating Center. Coordinates with global teams on T.EN University sessions scheduling, budgeting and forecasting. Uploads content to the LMS (T.EN U) via GBS. Proposes new content, new curricula, and modifications to existing structure as needed by the OCs. Develops and implements regular plans (emails, Teams posts, instructions) for individuals to self-nominate. Educates managers and employees on L&D processes Delivers end-to-end logistics management for T.EN University events in the Americas’ offices Conducts quality checks on monthly upskilling report and reports potential issues Works with internal facilitators and external learning suppliers, to coordinate logistics, communication and materials for the delivery of upskilling sessions Monitors service levels and gives timely feedback from participants and providers Reports on achievement of delivery of the learning plan; interpret trends Monitors costs against agreed budgets Manages learning activity on the learning platform Works with T.EN University and GBS personnel to plan, reschedule, and document learning activity throughout the region Serves as first customer service level to resolve user issues with our Learning Management System as well as T.EN University courses Works with Subject Matter Experts to develop training programs using Articulate Rise 360 Takes on additional responsibilities as needed to support the organizational needs Produces reports for managers and insights to support the learning strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preference in Instructional Design or Learning & Development)
  • At least 5 years' proven experience preferably within an international matrix environment.
  • Working knowledge implementing and evaluating e-learning modules
  • Proficiency using Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone)
  • Proactive approach to problem resolution and assisting others.
  • Strong commitment to quality, organization and attention to details.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast pace or deadline driven environment.
  • Experiences in: Learning Management Systems, Training Logistics and Learning evaluations.
  • Languages: Fluency in English
