About The Position

The Learning Program Coordinator supports a commercial utility customer by coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of digital training solutions. This role is highly customer-facing and works in close partnership with the customer and a C² Program Manager, focusing on tracking requirements, coordinating delivery activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting day-to-day execution of learning initiatives. This position is not a people manager or technical engineering role. It is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with customers, and effective at coordinating work across instructional, technical, and program teams to ensure training solutions are delivered accurately and on schedule. The perfect candidate will have a strong foundation in educational technologies, as well.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting customer-facing delivery, training programs, or operational initiatives.
  • Experience working directly with commercial clients in regulated or operational environments.
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting training initiatives in utility, energy, infrastructure, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with LMS-based training delivery and compliance tracking.
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of workforce readiness, safety training, or operational change management.
  • Experience with a wide range of learning and educational technologies, including VILT platforms, LMS/LCMS, authoring tools, and AI tools and enablers.

Responsibilities

  • Utility Customer Coordination Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for the commercial utility customer.
  • Gather, document, and track training requirements related to workforce readiness, operational updates, and compliance needs.
  • Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and status updates with customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer expectations and priorities are clearly communicated to the Program Manager and internal delivery teams.
  • Learning Program Execution Support the Program Manager by coordinating schedules, deliverables, and dependencies across instructional designers, developers, and platform support teams.
  • Track progress against scope, milestones, and timelines; identify issues and escalate risks as appropriate.
  • Maintain program documentation, trackers, and status reports.
  • Ensure day-to-day activities remain aligned with program plans and customer expectations.
  • Learning Platform & Reporting Coordination Coordinate, in conjunction with the LMS System Admin, the use of LMS and learning platforms to support training rollout, completion tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure learning tracking and reporting requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and internal technical teams regarding platform usage and data visibility.
  • Validate that training is ready for deployment across utility workforces.
  • Quality Assurance & Readiness Support Coordinate reviews and acceptance activities with customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure training materials align with documented requirements, operational procedures, and safety considerations.
  • Support rollout planning, learner communications, and transition to steady-state operations.
  • Capture feedback, issues, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
