The Learning Program Manager will design, development, and implement new programs / curricula based on audience or portfolio assigned, ensuring that our programs are delivered seamlessly and achieve their learning impact. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and excels at translating organizational strategies into program objectives and goals. This role requires experience designing and developing learning programs end-to-end—from conception through implementation. It also requires someone who can effectively communicate and influence senior leaders and multiple stakeholders to gain alignment and commitment. Our ideal candidate will have experience developing customized programs in the most effective and efficient way and aligned to our organizational Leadership Principles.
