Learning & Performance is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing learning solution to ensure effective on boarding and professional development of MidFirst Bank employees and managers in multiple states including Arizona, California, Colorado and Oklahoma. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Identifying opportunities to improve training and recommending solutions. Developing content and update training materials to ensure accuracy. Supporting new product launches and change initiatives Building support for workflow assistance.
