We are looking for someone who likes to challenge traditional learning theory and create new and exciting approaches in how we think about education. Individuals with a passion for relationships, change management, and the ability to work in a fast-growing environment will thrive in our organization. The Impact You Will Have: In the Learning Partner role, you will drive learning theory innovation and thought leadership by defining and developing strategies for learning effectiveness and business impact for QTS. The Learning Partner has an exceptionally developed learning point of view, clearly articulated in a variety of creative and compelling learning situations from classroom to online training, to game-based and mobile learning applications, and to virtual reality simulations. This individual is an expert in Instructional Systems Design, front-end analysis, and assessment strategies and will be our “go-to” person for all learning content creation and deployment.
