Requirements

  • Education/Years of Experience: Must provide proof of Army Distributed Learning / LMS experience, including 2+ years in course development, course administration, community engagement, content management, and online training site sustainment. Must complete required Blackboard training (101 / 201 / 301 / Institutional Hierarchy / LCMS-ATRRS / Certificate Management Tool) within 30 days of award.
  • Clearance Active Secret required
  • Location: Ft. Sill, Oklahoma

Responsibilities

  • Must have knowledge, skills, and experience developing and sustaining LMS capabilities
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, user support, strategic planning support, graphics production, workflow development, and monthly reporting.
  • Coordinate with content owners; perform content audits; maintain standards compliance; and implement upgrades, integrations, and user-centric digital solutions.
  • Monitor ATIS / Blackboard stability and performance and manage courses throughout the lifecycle using approved naming conventions.
  • Serve as ATIS SME for course framework development, upgrades, IPR support, and LMS capability recommendations.
  • Train instructors / course managers, resolve manager-level ATIS issues, manage enrollment / disenrollment and access, report usage monthly, and safeguard testing materials.
  • Must be prepared to support other Army-directed LMS platforms if Blackboard is replaced.
