About The Position

Hilltop Holdings is seeking to hire a Learning Management System Administrator. The Learning Management System Administrator is responsible for administering employee training through the Learning Management System (LMS), including testing and posting new content, ensuring accurate audience assignments, and documenting processes. Additionally, this position will partner with business owners and HR to understand training needs and develop training solutions that successfully meet the goals and objectives of the stakeholders.
