Job Summary: As the Learning Management System Administrator, you’ll help lead our learning community in creating and maintaining a technical learning environment that empowers our global workforce to deepen their expertise, achieve their full potential, and drive the organization's success through learning and continuous improvement. In this role, you will be a key partner in equipping our workforce with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver and thrive in a rapidly changing landscape. You’ll play a key role by ensuring that our learning delivery system is optimized and easy to use from both a learning admin and learner perspective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 years progressive experience in a business environment, or the equivalent combination of education & experience.
  • Experience developing, supporting, and managing training programs and delivering content in-person and virtually that engages learners and meets learning objectives.
  • Solid understanding of Learning Management Systems, web-based training, and mixed media solutions including instructional design methods, adult learning theory and best practices in multiple learning modalities.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and programs delivered through vendors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and effective partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Strong organization and project management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactively identifies trends and patterns and provides analysis and recommendations to stakeholders and decision makers, to define, implement, and deliver on learning strategy.
  • Adapts quickly to changing priorities and is comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty driven by a fast-changing environment and new challenges.

  • Prior experience in Learning System Administration role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • System Administration for Percipio & Cornerstone vendors: System configuration (including security roles) to meet the organization's talent and learning needs.
  • Partner with HR team members and broader learning community on system governance and process and training needs associated with LMS maintenance and optimization.
  • Lead learning admin community in prep for system releases, testing and introduction of new functionality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with IT teams and the vendor(s) to troubleshoot system performance and/or functionality issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to support ongoing system upgrades.
  • Act as the internal consultant to ensure system configuration and utilization align with the organization's specific requirements and identify opportunities for system optimization and implement enhancements to improve overall functionality.
  • Share platform news (enhancements, deprecations) with learning admin community.
  • Day-to-day relationship management with vendors including regular participation in vendor community platforms to ensure awareness of continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with IT, HR, and other relevant departments to integrate learning technologies into broader organizational systems and processes.
  • Create and analyze enterprise reports and dashboards to provide insights into talent management and learning metrics.
  • Promote adoption and utilization of reporting across the learning and end-user community.
