RESPEC, seeks a Learning Management Administrator to support our Rapid City, SD location. The Learning Management Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing RESPEC’s Learning Management System (LMS), supporting the development of a strategic learning framework, and ensuring seamless administration for the People & Culture development team. This role will collaborate closely with internal partners to deliver impactful learning experiences, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement in organizational learning and development initiatives.
