About The Position

The Learning Content Specialist is primarily responsible for managing learning content for the Wealth Management division of BOK Financial. This includes developing, sourcing, editing, reviewing, and maintaining content to support the daily operations and documentation of the Wealth Management division. This position is responsible for working with subject matter experts across the organization, compliance, audit, and risk to interpret business-driven and regulatory changes. This position also works closely with Wealth Management education & communication, senior management, middle management, operations, front-line staff and enterprise business partners to improve knowledge repository functionality.

Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing Communications, Technical Writing or a related field with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in developing/managing learning content, or 5 - 7 years of equivalent experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Existing knowledge of products, services, policies, procedures, processes and applicable regulations
Knowledge of technical copywriting and editing, especially for Web publication
Strong ability to consolidate significant amounts of information into a usable format and communicate complicated concepts and technical data in simple terms
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within cross-departmental teams
Detail-oriented in process and in results
Strong organization and planning skills
Understanding of reporting including the ability to create written or verbal communications on report content, ability to create strategies and action plans based on identified trends

Nice To Haves

Experience in Instructional Design and an LMS system preferred.
Work experience in a financial institution or thorough understanding of financial products and services preferred.
Advanced knowledge of HTML, content management systems (CMS), or knowledge management systems (KMS) preferred
Familiarity with supporting software applications (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, etc.)
Experience with content management, writing and editing, and utilizing web tools to distribute information.
