About The Position

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Certified Medical Assistant Preceptor Trainer facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences. As the Preceptor Trainer, you will: You will plan and implement all aspects of training programs for participants throughout the organization, including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training. You will create an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information, engage the learner, and produce the desired outcomes. You will monitor training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for company, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will analyze course evaluations to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements. You will evaluate the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience in the fields. You will participate in process improvement, resource creation and implementation aligned with our primary care organization. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in the capacity of a medical assistant, or training role.
  • Must have national certification through an accredited agency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using different tools to facilitate training to several audiences.
  • Experience managing projects, process mapping, streamlining workflows to keep operations efficient.
  • Experience with communication through clear, direct, and professional verbal and written correspondence.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple departments, report to and presenting to leadership.
