About The Position

Summary: Responsible for supporting the delivery of the National Training Program team as they drive the learning and development experience for the field. This role will be responsible for supporting the expansion and scalability of the operational model by building standardized processes and integrating technology to deliver and execute the National Training Program. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Support and inform the buildout of the operational model for the National Training Program. Perform a variety of operational support roles such as: Coordination of network office participation in National Training Program offering Tracking and documenting of learning progression at an individual and FR level Maintaining dashboards, SharePoint sites, excel and Learning Management System reports Preparing and providing information and access needed for the National Training experience and team Reporting, auditing, collecting and analyzing information and program communications Support the evolution of virtual delivery by identifying opportunities for enhancements, build out of best practices and evaluation of tools. Analyze process workflow and implement necessary changes. Support and inform operational systems for scalability and expansion of the program. Coordination of multiple learning experiences for participating offices. Responsible for communication with multiple home office and field stakeholders, as well as individual learners and FRs. Qualifications: Able to work 3 days onsite (Mondays are a required day) at our downtown location Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, education or a related field, or an equivalent combination of professional related work experience. Minimum of 3 years of program/project management or equivalent experience. Strong team player with the ability to work independently by evaluating situations and issues to make good sound judgment and decisions that benefit the team and program. Identify efficiencies in processes and procedures effectively with teams to evaluate and implement recommendations. Must be able to handle ambiguity, adapt to changing business needs and anticipate and plan for consequences that could have an impact on any aspect of the program. Strong consulting and communication skills. High degree of detail orientation, organization, and planning skills. Expertise with Microsoft Suite of tools, SharePoint, OneDrive and Virtual delivery tools such as Zoom, etc. #LI-Hybrid Compensation Range: Pay Range - Start: $53,270.00 Pay Range - End: $98,930.00 Geographic Specific Pay Structure: Structure 110: $58,590.00 USD - $108,810.00 USD Structure 115: $61,250.00 USD - $113,750.00 USD We believe in fairness and transparency.
