About The Position

If so, keep reading… The team at RTA is looking for a Learning Experience Designer. This role is the sole architect of our digital training presence. You aren't just an admin; you are the owner of the learner's journey and the creative engine behind our customer-facing education. This position plays a key part in not only the success of our company, but ultimately in the success of our clients.

  • Is constantly looking for more: more to learn, more to do, and more opportunity for the platform to improve.
  • Owns the LMS. You have experience building out and managing an LMS for asynchronous training. You are the product owner for our digital academy.
  • Is a Creative Producer. You can storyboard, film, and edit high-quality training videos that people actually want to watch.
  • Is an Instructional Architect. You don't just "make slides"; you create knowledge checks, learning pathways, and curriculum that sticks.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize a world-class asynchronous customer training platform that reduces time-to-value for our users.
  • Produce a library of videos and interactive modules that make the Fleet360 transition seamless and scalable.
