We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our Talent Development team as we build our learning ecosystem from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning ideas into fully realized learning experiences. Our team is small, fast-moving, and in active build mode; developing programs, courseware, and experiences that support employee growth across the company. The ideal candidate is a builder and do-er: someone who can take a rough concept, collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content, design the right learning approach, and develop a polished learning experience. This may include self-paced digital learning, blended programs, cohort-based experiences, or live virtual training. This role will also have opportunities to facilitate learning experiences, collaborate directly with learners, and help shape how learning evolves across the organization.
