We're seeking a strategic Learning Experience Designer who can drive capability through event-based and non-event-based learning experiences. As a Learning Experience Designer, you'll contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle for complex learning solutions that serve our healthcare professionals. You'll conduct detailed performance gap analyses, develop comprehensive curriculum strategies, and create innovative learning architectures. You'll conduct pilots and program evaluations to continually optimize our solutions. Your unique blend of instructional design expertise, business savvy, and visual design sensibility will help transform complex healthcare concepts into engaging, effective learning experiences. Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Proficient with modern LX design and development tools

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of large and complex learning programs, collaborating on the end-to-end strategy, from concept through delivery and optimization: 1) planning, including analysis of business need; 2) analysis of operating reality, learning needs, and barriers to performance; 3) design of both learning and assessment strategy; 4) development of all course materials; 5) implementation of solution, including train-the-trainers and communication to stakeholders; 6) evaluation of program (learning effectiveness, fulfillment of business objectives); and 7) maintenance and optimization of solution over time
  • Lead performance gap analyses and needs assessments to identify critical learning opportunities
  • Develop comprehensive curriculum strategies and learning architectures
  • Create detailed storyboards and learning blueprints that emphasize both instructional effectiveness and visual engagement
  • Design innovative learning solutions that align with brand standards while pushing creative boundaries
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and validate learning objectives and success metrics
  • Provide visual design direction and maintain consistency across learning programs
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies in both design strategy and solution development
  • Coach and mentor junior designers on both strategic and visual design elements
  • Design and develop multimedia elements including graphics, animations, and interactive components that enhance the learning experience
