This role includes setting the Technical Research & Support strategy for the company, overseeing the planning and day-to-day operations for a world-class training center and coordinating Marketing, Sales and Customer activities. Initial responsibilities will entail planning, buildout and startup of physical infrastructure. Ongoing accountabilities will involve training/event management, facilities management, Technical Research & Support strategy and operations.
