About The Position

We’re searching for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Customer Support team in a remote location. Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, including instructional design and training facilitation
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Successful track record in a dynamic, fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment
  • Strong creative thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with leaders at all levels
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day‑to-day deliverables

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting new or enhanced product launches within a technology organization
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise)
  • Proficiency with Camtasia for multimedia development
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel)
  • Experience working with multimedia training methods and platforms.
  • Salesforce or case management knowledge/experience
  • Experience in virtual Contact Center, Customer Service, or Support environments
  • Experience in tech, insurance, or business consulting environments
  • Experience with Synthesia, Asana, Zoom, Confluence, and Jira is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative learning materials, including eLearning modules, videos, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments
  • Facilitate engaging instructor‑led and virtual training programs that support employee development and performance
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to build effective and engaging learning experiences aligned with business outcomes
  • Knowledge of training strategies and principles, including adult learning theories
  • Conduct needs assessments, task analyses, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Maintain content libraries, version control, and documentation for all training materials
  • Partner with SMEs and leaders to conduct needs analysis and validate learning objectives
  • Stay current with industry standards, learning technologies, and best practices to enhance learning offerings
  • Support training‑related projects and initiatives as required
