As Learning & Development Program Manager, you will lead and scale generalist L&D programs across compliance, M&A learning integrations, people development, and business acumen. This role is deeply embedded in the flow of work-aligning training efforts with measurable performance outcomes and business impact. This role is based in our New York, NY, Menlo Park, CA, or Chicago, IL office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
