About The Position

This Learning & Development Professional designs, delivers, and continually improves EHS-centric learning programs, leveraging instructional design and data‑driven insights to meet regulatory standards and enhance employee performance across the organization. The role also manages training budgets, LMS content governance, and strategic staffing processes to ensure a consistent, high‑quality learning culture within the EHS department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience managing an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) or working with LMS administrators
  • Strong basic office computer skills (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
  • Experience creating eLearning courses using Articulate 360, including Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyboard.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and concepts, including adult learning models, evidence-based training practices, and training design & development models (ADDIE, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience creating high-quality technical training activities and instructional content that can be standardized to reduce development and maintenance time and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong preference for experience at a semiconductor manufacturing (FAB) facility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) program- Design and direct the program while continuously improving its performance. Utilize data analysis to report out benefits to the organization.
  • Coordinate training delivery with EHS representatives and external vendors to schedule high‑quality classes that meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive training assets (curriculums, lesson plans, materials, and assessment tools) that elevate employee performance and support job progression.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, leaders, and employees to conduct training needs analyses and implement tailored solutions across the EHS portfolio.
  • Apply instructional‑design expertise to enhance existing programs and classroom experiences, ensuring that content remains engaging and effective.
  • Drive evidence‑based improvements by generating regular performance and compliance metrics, communicating findings to leadership, and refining training strategies.
  • Manage training budget, LMS content updates, and act as the gatekeeper for EHS content during annual material reviews.
