Requirements

  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Ability to leverage tools, techniques and methods to assist with training needs analysis; ability to identify what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance.
  • Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

  • Experience coordinating large-scale leadership development programming
  • Demonstrated data literacy including gathering, cleaning, and managing data in support of process automation
  • Experience contracting and managing relationships with external vendors, internal procurement partners
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across teams and with external partners, leveraging interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage demand, intake, and deployment processes for leadership development programming to efficiently meet business goals
  • Evaluate existing curriculum or learning solutions and recommend appropriate approaches for improving the quality, cost, and value of development programs.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support program evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee contracting and relationship management with internal & external partners, ensuring compliance and quality delivery.
