Requirements

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Training Needs Analysis: Ability to leverage tools, techniques and methods to assist with training needs analysis; ability to identify what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance.
Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

Nice To Haves

Experience coordinating large-scale leadership development programming
Demonstrated data literacy including gathering, cleaning, and managing data in support of process automation
Experience contracting and managing relationships with external vendors, internal procurement partners
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across teams and with external partners, leveraging interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage demand, intake, and deployment processes for leadership development programming to efficiently meet business goals
Evaluate existing curriculum or learning solutions and recommend appropriate approaches for improving the quality, cost, and value of development programs.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support program evaluation and continuous improvement.
Oversee contracting and relationship management with internal & external partners, ensuring compliance and quality delivery.
