PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: (90%) Assists in the creation, organization, maintenance, and retention of training solutions. This could include procedure writing, PowerPoint creation, video recording, managing the company Intranet site, administration of Microsoft Team groups, and other training activities. Create and execute an effective Retail Sales & Service training program to build a robust culture and useful tools for the Markets to be successful. The training program will also need to ensure the bank is meeting audit and compliance Manage the Retail Hub on the bank’s Intranet site and the Microsoft Teams Channel to provide resources for staff to access tools, communicate questions, and provide quick accurate responses. Lead and facilitate training sessions, interacting successfully with a wide range of participants and utilizing a variety of learning/training methods with in-person, virtual, video recordings, and one-on-one interactions. Develop a consistent and efficient approach for teller and branch controls balancing the use of staff and technology to create a safe, compliant environment. Administrator of the Learning Management System to ensure compliance requirements and other training courses are assigned, managed, and tracked appropriately. Work with Human Resources, I.T., and other areas of the bank to build out and provide guidance for new hire orientation. This will include building materials and schedules for the employees and their managers to create a great experience. Identify training needs and deploy efforts to help address improvement opportunities. Prolonged and frequent mental and visual concentration required. Periodic stressful situations in response to multiple priorities within established deadlines. Work hours are generally during normal business hours. Unscheduled evening and weekend work will be needed to meet the needs of customers and employees. Out-of-town and overnight business travel will be required. Work on some Saturdays will be required. Must be able to lift and move up to 20 pounds of office supplies and equipment. Some bending, turning, and twisting required.
