Supporting 16 properties across two brands, this role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery—setting the global learning strategy while rolling up sleeves to design content, facilitate training, and support teams on the ground. This role is for someone who believes L&D should be useful, engaging, and immediately felt on the floor, not something that lives in a binder. From onboarding new team members to developing leaders, this role ensures our people feel confident, connected, and inspired to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
