About The Position

We're looking for a Learning & Development Manager This role is Hybrid, Dublin, CA Office As the Learning & Development Manager – US, reporting to the US-based Director, Talent Management & Development, you will drive regional learning initiatives that foster workforce growth and capability across the region. You’ll leverage Cornerstone technology to deliver impactful, locally relevant programs that align with our global L&D vision. Through expert facilitation, innovative content design, and strong project management, you’ll empower employees, build critical skills, and advance our talent strategy. Open to US remote for the right candidate

Requirements

  • Have 7–10+ years of experience in Learning & Development (SaaS industry highly preferred).
  • Are adept at applying adult learning theories and instructional design principles to drive business outcomes.
  • Bring expertise with AI technologies relevant to L&D.
  • Have strong proficiency in creating digital collateral using Camtasia, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrate proven ability to develop people managers, including in virtual, matrixed, and/or global environments.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Exhibit creative problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
  • Demonstrate strong change management skills and adaptability, supporting employees and teams through organizational change
  • Have experience using Cornerstone’s solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging, high-quality training sessions throughout the US, creating exceptional learner experiences.
  • Design, curate, and deploy learning content and programs in partnership with the People Team and global colleagues.
  • Execute learning programs in alignment with business strategy and defined skill requirements, working with senior leaders and regional stakeholders to support career development.
  • Champion talent initiatives—including Development Conversations, cultural programs, and Onboarding—ensuring global consistency with local relevance
  • Drive innovation by leveraging AI tools to:
  • Generate and adapt learning content for diverse audiencesStreamline training updates to meet evolving business needs,
  • Analyze evaluation data to surface insights and improve program effectiveness,
  • Create interactive activities and simulations to drive practice of critical skills,
  • Facilitate workshops to build workforce capabilities.
  • Support the Director, Talent Management & Development with additional responsibilities as needed.
