We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager, who will split time between managing our learning platform (Oracle Learning) and designing modern, high-impact training experiences that support operational excellence across our clubs. This role reports to the VP of Learning & Development and partners closely with HR, Risk & Compliance, functional leaders, and club teams to ensure learning is accessible, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.
