As a Learning & Development Manager, you will oversee the development, implementation, and administration of Learning and Development programs for North America. This job is part of the Learning & Development function in the USA HR team. Learning & Development is responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating employee, department, cost center, business unit, sector, and regional development plans and programs to support organizational needs. In-office working at a T&T office is required two to three days out of the work week.
