You’ll both lead the charge on our Learning & Development initiatives while also supporting the broader People Operations function to ensure a best-in-class employee experience. You will design and deliver programs and resources that help our team members level up. Whether you are facilitating workshops, refining onboarding curriculum, or jumping in to help with other People Ops projects, you operate with ownership, initiative, and a deep commitment to our company values.
