About The Position

WELL ESTABLISHED and GROWING company is looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help take their L&D function to the next level. SUMMARY: - This is an individual contributor role that will be a key member of the company’s L&D team - Will design, develop, and implement a variety of learning processes/programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in L&D and/or talent management
  • Strong strategic experience designing, developing, leading, communicating, and implementing various L&D and/or talent management initiatives, projects and processes
  • Very knowledgeable of Instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning technologies
  • Experience with companies of 5,000 or more employees
  • Bachelor’s degree
