CohnReznick helps organizations optimize performance, manage risk, and maximize value through CohnReznick LLP (assurance services) and CohnReznick Advisory LLC (advisory and tax services). Together, the firm provides leaders with deep industry knowledge and relationships, solutions to address clients’ unique business goals and risks, and insight on how emerging market forces can drive opportunity. With offices nationwide, the firm serves organizations around the world as an independent member of Nexia. We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Manager to join the Learning & Development team in our Tax practice. This role can sit in any of our CohnReznick Offices. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. YOUR TEAM. CohnReznick is deeply invested in the personal and professional development of our team members, with the Center for Learning and Development (CLD) playing a pivotal role in this commitment. The L&D team is dedicated to equipping CohnReznick professionals with premier learning opportunities and resources, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement. Reporting directly to the National L&D Director, the L&D Manager, Tax Learning is intentionally scoped for an experienced learning manager capable of balancing strategic ownership with tactical delivery. The Manager is accountable for the end‑to‑end Tax learning portfolio, including designing technical learning pathways by level, building scalable curricula and toolkits, and program‑managing complex learning initiatives across U.S. and global offices. This role includes direct people management responsibility for one senior individual contributor and requires the ability to coach, prioritize work, and ensure high standards of learning quality. While the Manager sets direction and drives alignment with Tax leaders, they will also maintain a strong hands‑on presence in instructional design and program execution particularly for complex or flagship Tax programs. Immediate needs include designing tax technical learning pathways by level and establishing extended learning toolkits. The ideal candidate brings deep instructional design expertise, strong program management discipline, credibility with Tax stakeholders, the ability to take initiatives from concept through execution, and have knowledge in tax compliance, law, and regulations. We believe it’s important to balance work with everyday life – and make time for enjoyment and fun. We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer.
