Develop instructional courses tailored to meet desired learning outcomes and learner needs. Collaborate to implement strategies for educating and training employees to achieve higher levels of performance. Utilize various techniques to define and sequence instructional content and strategies. Create curricula by efficiently processing large volumes of information and conducting subject matter research. Support business unit/organizational training needs and refresh training materials throughout their lifecycle. Work under minimal supervision.
