The Global Engineering & Technology Center at Collins Aerospace is looking to hire a dedicated professional to join the Technical University team. This role, reporting to Collins Aerospace, offers the unique opportunity to collaborate not only within Collins but also across RTX Corporate, Raytheon, and Pratt & Whitney. As a Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and creating course offerings, supporting customers, and contributing to various aspects of our learning operations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, adept at managing multiple priorities, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered. This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Support our customers (learners, instructors, training leads)
  • Monitor email inbox
  • Process course scheduling requests & registering individuals
  • Manage course nominations process and finalize learners’ lists
  • Produce/Support courses
  • Help maintain the online sites
  • Manage the marketing strategy for courses and events
  • Manage course material and recordings repository
  • Help troubleshoot systems issues learners may encounter
  • Take ownership of and manage day-to-day tasks
  • Coordinate between customers and Finance
