In This Role… You will be responsible for creating engaging, high‑quality learning experiences that support automotive and electric vehicle manufacturing teams. This role works closely with business partners and subject matter experts to identify skill needs, design effective curriculum, and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and digital training aligned to business goals. The Learning Designer applies modern instructional design practices, data insights, and AI‑enabled tools to improve learning effectiveness, personalize experiences, and continuously evolve programs as manufacturing technologies and processes change.
Responsibilities
