As a Learning Design Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders, SMEs, and Learning Portfolio Manager to translate business priorities and performance needs into clear and actionable learning objectives, high-level design concepts, and project design roadmaps Capability Assessments: Create capability self/manager assessments aligned to learning objectives Learning Design: Lead the creation and curation of learning solutions in a range of modalities and for a wide array of adult learner audiences. Conduct needs analysis, define success criteria, creates prototypes, test with learners, and design end-to-end programs Content Creation/Development: Applies proven learning theories and methodologies to create effective, engaging, and measurable learning experiences, facilitator and learner guides, videos, and/or playbooks aligned to audience and learning objectives that support enterprise initiatives. Establish reusable templates and design patterns Project and Vendor Management: Build and manage project plans, budgets, and resourcing; select and oversee external design vendors with clear SOWs + SLAs Facilitation/ Faculty Upskilling: As needed, facilitate modules and train-the-trainer sessions, equip facilitators and managers with toolkits to drive application on the job Continuous Improvement: Use learner feedback, analytics, and experiments to iterate designs and improve effectiveness and efficiency Innovation and Expertise: Cultivate expertise in learning design, stay abreast of innovation and emerging technologies, shape and secure alignment on opportunities to experiment across the portfolio.
