About The Position
American Century Investments is looking for a Learning Consultant and Instructional Designer to work in Kansas City. The designer will create engaging and effective live instructor led, e-Learns and micro-learns courses, learner guides and training manuals, and develop visual, audio and interactive learning assets. The role involves coordinating and leading development meetings with stakeholders and subject matter specialists, guiding them through the course development process, meeting milestones and deadlines and ensuring that our training program drives measurable results. The Learning Consultant also develops and engages with learning strategies for corporate-wide initiatives in support of our company’s Winning Behaviors values. The role also optimizes training programs by ensuring the curriculum remains relevant, progressive and engaging by staying current in learning and development trends that reach across all levels of employees and delivery methods. This hybrid position will be based out of our Kansas City, MO office. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
