We are building and scaling the Learning Solutions division to drive enterprise capability and skills enablement to power CACI's growth strategy. This role ensures CACI’s learning experiences are consistent, high quality, and scalable. As the Learning Architecture & Governance Manager, you will define how learning is structured and maintained across the enterprise by setting clear standards, templates, quality gates, and content lifecycle practices. You will hold decision rights for these enterprise learning standards and guide how learning is created across Learning Solutions, Talent Development, and business based training teams. You will also establish practical governance for Communities of Practice and Learning Academies, ensuring they have the structure and support needed to deliver aligned, high impact learning. Partnering closely with HRIS, you’ll help ensure our tools, systems, and data structures are ready for upcoming modernization, including Eightfold and the new Learning Management System (LMS). This role brings clarity and consistency to how learning is built and governed across CACI.
