We are seeking a Learning & Organizational Development Specialist who will design and deliver training covering employee and management development programs for in-person, virtual and e-learning formats, manage the Learning Management system (LMS), lead HRIS training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of our new HRIS system, and partner with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted development solutions. The L & OD Specialist will have proven experience in learning and organizational development, instructional design or HR training, strong facilitation skills, knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning tools, and experience with HRIS systems. Positions allocated to this class report to a designated supervisor and work under general supervision.
