Purpose of the Position: The Learning and Enablement Specialist, Student Success is responsible for training and enabling employees and leaders who support the student lifecycle, with a focus on registrar operations and student persistence. This position will serve as a subject matter expert in registrar and student persistence practices while also designing and delivering training that helps teams understand expectations, apply processes correctly, and support consistent, high-quality student experiences. This position will work closely with campus and functional teams to ensure people are well trained, confident in their work, and able to apply enterprise standards and frameworks in day-to-day operations.
