We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist who will be responsible for the design, delivery, tracking, and evaluation of our annual compliance training, corporate learning and leader development programs. This role is unique in that it combines instructional design and learning administration with compliance training subject-matter expertise. It is pivotal in developing our high-performing team, ensuring alignment with our values, and enhancing our employee development strategy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in designing, administering, and implementing learning programs, experience with federal government contracting compliance programs, and manager/supervisory development programs. Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. The candidate must be located within a commutable distance to Reston, VA to allow for periodic on-site collaboration.
