Job Summary: The Sr. L&D Specialist supports the execution of the L&D strategy by implementing employee development initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning, and managing learning programs and systems across the organization. They must be independently driven and have a proven background in building Learning & Development programs from the ground up. The Sr. L&D Specialist designs, develops, reviews, promotes, and delivers learning programs to all areas of the business across company locations. The person in this role enhances the skills and competencies of our employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost their performance in alignment with our business objectives. This position requires a professional with a strong background in adult learning, program management, business and/or leadership skills, facilitation, and instructional design.
