This position is based in the Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) office on the Columbus campus. This position will manage program and staff development efforts for OSU Extension using Extension’s key values of trust, inclusion, care, adaptability, and efficiency. They will work with teams and units in Extension to develop products and programs developed to elevate the employee experience. Lead efforts with partners across the unit, with partners in the Extension organization, and others focusing on the individual Extension employee, their career goals, the organization, and their capacity for growth and success. Work to develop and cultivate a never-ending appetite for learning to broaden employee engagement and knowledge. TERM: This is a one-year term position.
