About The Position

RAPIDLY GROWING company is looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help them build an impactful L&D function/department. SUMMARY: - This role will be a key member of the company’s L&D/Talent Development/Talent Management team - Will design, develop and implement a variety of learning processes/programs to help the company to continue to grow - Lead a team of 2 L&D Coordinators

  • 5+ years of L&D experience
  • Experience implementing and delivering a variety of L&D initiatives
  • Experience working with employees of all levels
