How Will You Make An Impact? As a leader within the Learning and Development Center of Excellence, the Learning and Development Manager , will partner with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences across the organization. They will manage and grow L&D communities of practice, lead development initiatives that strengthen a culture of continuous learning, provide onsite program support, and develop high-quality facilitation materials. This role ensures learning initiatives are closely aligned with business objectives. Location: This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Headquarters.
