The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the company’s learning and development strategy. This role leads company-wide training initiatives, structured orientation and onboarding programs, leadership development efforts, and digital learning content creation. The Learning and Development Manager ensures all learning programs align with business objectives, operational standards, safety requirements, and the company’s culture and values. This position combines strategic planning, instructional design, facilitation, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration to support employee performance, engagement, and retention. The Learning and Development Manager supports 250+ employees across 5+ locations in Alabama and Tennessee and manages a team of up to three (3) employees. The position is based at the Huntsville Meridian Street location and requires up to 25% travel to job sites and company locations.
