The Learning and Development Business Partner Associate will support the execution of training-related business initiatives. This includes working closely with the Learning and Development Manager and key stakeholders in implementing complex learning programs. Primary responsibilities include project management, creating/executing project plans for program development and the launch of courses in the learning management system and on-site execution of in-person programs. This position is responsible for the integrity of data in various tools, preparing status reports, updates communications, as well as assisting others through the development and implementation process for each training program. This position will work closely with the broader Learning and Development team to ensure one firm needs are addressed (consistency across lines of business, as appropriate). Coordination with various departments and other resources within the organization will be required as well.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio (required)

  • Two to three years of client service experience in (or supporting) Assurance, Tax or Consulting is preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of training implementation and employee development is required.
  • Managing projects and stakeholders is required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for detailed planning of in-person learning programs that meet design intent and budget.
  • Plans and executes communications.
  • Acts as site liaison, providing directions and answering questions.
  • For national programs, serves on-site as staff responsible for creating an excellent experience for learners and escalating problems as necessary.
  • Follows and maintains standard operating procedures documentation as requested.
  • Assists in creation and QA of curriculums.
  • Other duties as assigned.
