Under general supervision, responsible for the design, development and delivery of a variety of learning solutions. Ensures that learning content is aligned with business priorities, learning objectives and is learner-centric. Applies adult learning principles and follows established design and facilitation standards. Also responsible for developing relationships with peers, key business partners and learners. Design and develop learner-centric programs using multiple media and blended approaches (e.g. e-learning, job aids, instructor led, self-study and video). Prepare and facilitate learner-centric programs which also includes: evaluation information, closing courses and completing necessary paperwork. Participate in on-going on-the-job development to further learn adult learning theory and basic application of assessment and measurement methods, as appropriate. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, business partners and learners. Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
