WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Training and Coaching: Train, coach, and challenge process owners in the use of lean tools, approaches, and techniques to create sustainable management and measurement systems. Lean Tools Facilitation: Facilitate team use of Lean Tools, including Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, PDCA/Problem Solving Process, CCF and identifying Waste. Project Management: Lead numerous projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality using both internal and external resources. Process Improvement: Investigate and analyze production methods and processes to identify improvements that drive efficiency, reduce cost, and eliminate waste. Standard Methodologies: Actively seek out best practices to share and implement. Financial Analysis: Uses data to compare pre and post improvement state to quantify financial savings. May be required to perform additional duties as assigned. YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree with relevant work experience considered. Degree in Engineering or a related subject area preferred. 2+ years manufacturing and/or lean experience required. Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and practices. Knowledge of process improvement concepts and methods along with the flexibility and adaptability to accept and support new processes in a changing business environment. Skilled at effective communications, including good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to understand information and ideas as presented. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances; must be able to thrive in a constantly changing business environment. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives. Requirements

  • 2+ years manufacturing and/or lean experience required.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and practices.
