About The Position

Build better. Safer. Faster. Together. Imagine walking into a spotless, 5S-ready line at 3:00 PM. You rally the team, review safety, and confirm the first-off meets spec. A hiccup appears on one press—you and the operator pinpoint the issue, adjust, and restore flow. By 11:00 PM, changeovers are complete, paperwork is buttoned up, and the next shift inherits a stable process. That’s impact.
