Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong shop math for measurements and calculations
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine interaction
• Knowledge of packaging machinery and HMI systems
• Team-first mindset, high attention to detail, and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

• Set up production equipment for new runs to hit target quality and efficiency.
• Execute and improve Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency.
• Apply Lean tools to eliminate waste and reduce downtime.
• Operate packaging lines and fine-tune HMI settings during the shift.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep lines moving.
• Collaborate across the team to meet daily and weekly output goals.
• Keep the area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Capture production data accurately and escalate any anomalies.
