About The Position

Sloan is thrilled to launch our 2026 Internship Program, offering hands-on experience and insight into our company mission and core values. Join us to gain real-world skills and explore what makes our industry unique! The Lean Engineering Intern will be based in our Franklin Park, IL facility. In this role you will assist our Operations team in the Assembly department with projects that improve the assembly of Sloan Products.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a four year degree program in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
• Ability to work five days a week in our Franklin Park facility
