About The Position

Act as Ford Production System Lean Digitization Lead Hold responsibility for all Lean digital solutions for the Ford production system, including control centers, layered process reviews, kaizen intensity, and issue tracking. Learn to collaborate and standardize across VO, PTO, and Stamping to streamline data and information flow. Manage all FPS Digitalization solutions and collaborate with ATP, IT, and GDIA to integrate all future planned digital solutions. Attend Kaizen and Lean Academy events to become a lean practitioner and lean leader. Deploy and train plant personnel on all newly launched digital applications. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Operations, or a related technical field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent deep experience in Kaizen, 5S, VSM, and JIT.
• 3+ years of experience implementing digital solutions within a manufacturing or complex operational environment.
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP/Oracle), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) architectures.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable operational insights.
• Demonstrated expertise with MS Office Suite (advanced PowerPoint) and success in presenting to leadership
