The Leadman will assist the Foreman in supervising crews on construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction experience, preferably in structural or concrete work
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Willingness to travel and work in various field conditions

Responsibilities

• Support the Foreman in daily operations and crew supervision
• Coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of project phases
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Assist with hands-on construction tasks as needed
